In the Fit-to-Standard workshops, we introduce our customers to best practice processes. We place great importance on ensuring that the workshops are conducted in a practical manner. This is achieved, among other things, by the early creation of an SAP prototype based on customer-specific processes and data.
This approach helps the entire project team quickly gain a common understanding of processes, avoid misinterpretations, and better oversee complex issues. Decisions can be made quickly and efficiently on this basis.
Deviations from the “SAP Standard” identified in the Fit-to-Standard workshop are recorded as “gaps.” In subsequent Deep Dive workshops, the business process requirements that led to the gaps are analyzed in detail and solution proposals are developed.
The process design documents we provide include for each business process represented in SAP the prerequisites, relevant organizational and master data, an overview of the process, and a detailed process description. This documentation helps our customers follow processes in the system.
The scope of services includes both the organization and preparation and execution of training. In addition to the classic GUI transactions, we also train our customers on the new user interface Fiori. The Fiori Launchpad also offers additional features that support and enhance the productivity of users.
Data migration is often a key element in SAP S/4HANA implementations. In this context, it is important to plan the data migration centrally, manage it in a structured manner, and ensure its execution using modern tools like SAP Data Services or the SAP Migration Cockpit.
A customized authorization and role concept must be developed, corresponding roles implemented in SAP, and assigned to appropriate users. The goal is to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.
Whether it is data validation during data migration or process tests during integration or user acceptance testing: It is essential to thoroughly test the data and processes before the SAP system goes live. In this regard, we support our customers not only in preparing and conducting tests but also in defining the test strategy, developing the test concept, and managing the test organization and moderation.
